We’re dedicated to the highest design and manufacturing standards and all Fohfum products are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to material and construction defects only. During the warranty period, any defective part will be repaired or replaced.
If your product is outside the one year warranty period, or if the fault is not covered by our warranty, we will happily repair your product where possible for a reasonable charge.
This warranty excludes general wear and tear, incorrect use of the product or damage caused by the product not being used in accordance with our instructions for assembly, use or maintenance.
